 Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. If the item arrives broken or damaged, it will not be eligible for return. Returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of notifying us.

3. Return Exceptions

 Personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. We cannot accept returns for custom-made products.

4. Refund Options

 We offer full refunds or exchanges. However, please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and shipping fees may vary based on your location.

5. Return Shipping

 Currently, customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

6. Processing Time

 Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. We will notify you via email once the return has been processed.
